Employees from Plants in Xinzheng Area Participate in the Training for Industrial Wastewater Treatment Worker

       Xinzheng Human Resources and Social Security Bureau notified that a special skill training course for industrial wastewater treatment workers would be held from September 16 to September 24, 2020, so as to thoroughly implement the Action Plan for Employment Skill Improvement (2019-2021) issued by the General Office of the State Council, which aims to strengthen the construction of high-skilled talents in the chemical industry, promote the high-quality development of the industry and make full use of the high-quality resources of schools and enterprises to provide high-quality training. After receiving the notice, the General Department of Xinzheng Area actively coordinated with the staff of the Xinzheng Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on training matters, and encouraged everyone to actively sign up for training to improve their own professional skills, so that the number of employees holding certificates can be increased. 



       Entrusted by Xinzheng Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Zhengzhou the Great Wall Science and Technology Secondary School organized the training and invited Mr. Wu Chaoyang of the Chemical Engineering Department of Henan Technical Institute to give lectures. The training consisted of a theory course and a practice course. The four sewage treatment plants affiliated to the Xinzheng Area of Kangda Intl. Environmental Co., Ltd. got the special opportunity to attend the face-to-face training course. More than 60 employees who signed up for the training participated in the theory course industrial wastewater treatment workers in the meeting room of Xingang Plant of Xinzheng Kangda during the period from September 16 to September 24, 2020. Trainees from other sewage treatment plants and other enterprises in Xinzheng participated in the training online through DingTalk.



       During the training period, Li Qiwen, general manager of Xinzheng Area, especially said as the environmental pollution is becoming increasingly serious, and the environmental protection supervision is unprecedentedly strict, we should strengthen the training of operation personnel for environmental pollution improvement and improve the operation efficiency of environmental pollution control facilities and equipment. Also, various actions should be taken to standardize the operation and management, improve the quality of employees, realize the standardization and specialization of the operation of environmental pollution improvement facilities and equipment, ensure up-to-standard discharge and the safe and stable operation of environmental pollution improvement facilities and equipment, and strive to improve the environmental quality.



       The one-week professional training was rich in content and practical. The courses taught by the teacher - Requirements for Vocational Skills Level of Sewage Treatment (Primary), (Intermediate) and (Advanced), Methods of Water Quality Monitoring and Analysis, 7S Field Fine Management and Professional Literacy, Basic Knowledge of Equipment, and Microbiological Microscopy - are highly targeted and practical, greatly helping employees understand the basic theory of sewage treatment and master the management and operation skills of sewage treatment facilities. Everyone attentively listened to the lecture and took notes, and actively asked Mr. Wu for advice on some professional problems encountered in the work, and Mr. Wu gave detailed answers. 
       After a week of theoretical training, all participating employees said that they have benefited a lot, and obtained a further in-depth understanding of sewage treatment processes, mastered the basic knowledge of sewage treatment plant equipment, increased awareness of environmental protection, and realized the necessity to improve the efficiency of sewage treatment. The practical training will be carried out soon. After that, a final examination and vocational qualification examination will be conducted for the participating employees. Completion certificates will be issued to those who pass the final examination; according to the application conditions, corresponding national vocational qualification certificates will be issued to those who pass the examination of the Instruction Center for Vocational Skill Appraisal and pass the comprehensive review. This will further improve the vocational skills of employees, thereby, they can better serve the company and make contributions to society.
