On September 27, the eve of the National Day and the Mid-Autumn Festival, Yu Lihui, Deputy Mayor of Qitaihe led relevant leaders of Qitaihe's departments in charge to visit Kangda (Qitaihe) Water Co., Ltd. for carrying out safety inspection work before the National Day and the Mid-Autumn Festival.

      Accompanied by the leaders of departments in charge, Yu Lihui, Deputy Mayor of Qitaihe, listened to the work report made by Wu Baoquan, General Manager of Kangda (Qitaihe) Water Co., Ltd. on strengthening the safety production and management during the National Day and the Mid-Autumn Festival and went deep into the plant for conducting an intensive inspection of the laboratory, the central control room, gratings, the dosing room, the distribution room and other key areas. Deputy Mayor Yu and his delegation fully recognized the safety production work of Kangda (Qitaihe) Water Co., Ltd. Meanwhile, considering that this plant will soon be built into a window unit open to the public, this group of people raised more stringent requirements and underlined that this plant shall constantly improve its appearance for building a good image as a window unit, proactively participate in the construction of ecological civilization and endow people from all walks of life with a better cognition of sewage treatment from the sensory experience level. General Manager Wu Baoquan said that he would certainly guide all the employees of Kangda (Qitaihe) Water Co., Ltd. to actively plunge into the ecological environment construction of Qitaihe, well play the fortress role in environmental protection publicity, thus constructing a pure land for local citizens to live in and protecting the water and soil safety there.
