      On September 25, Qidu Plant, Zihe Plant, and Qicheng Plant at Meiling Environment Technology (Zibo) Co., Ltd. held staff meetings respectively to deliver the instructions and spirit of the Construction and Management Training Meeting & the Training Workshop for Deputy General Managers of Operating Companies held by the Group in Nanjing. 
      At the meetings, the person in charge of each plant conveyed the significant spirit of the meeting held in Nanjing, shared the important speeches by the Group's leaders, and looked into the bright future of the group company, further enhancing employees' perception of affiliation and pride. In line with the deployment of General Manager Chen Guangzhong, all these three plants arranged the key tasks for the next development so as to intensify the implementation of lean management and ensure the up-to-standard effluent discharge, timely collection of water rates, and safe production, and put emphasis on the practical coordination between production & operation and construction, and the completion as scheduled according to the government's requirements. 

      At the meeting, the construction of corporate culture was also highlighted. Besides, all employees were encouraged to offer advice and suggestions, work hard, and take an active part in the operation and management of the company so as to become a true member of China Water Affairs Group Limited.
