      On October 22, 2020, the joint inspection team of Jining Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment and Jining Municipal Urban and Rural Water Supplies Bureau visited Jining Xinkangda Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company"), according to the supervision plan made by the regulatory authorities of Jining to jointly implement the spot check under the mechanism of "dual random and public disclosure". Zong Wenji, general manager of the company, and Chen Peiyong, vice plant manager, accompanied the team.

      During the inspection, Zong Wenji made a detailed report on the company's basic construction, sewage treatment processes, recent sewage treatment conditions, and the test of the phase II construction. The inspection team carefully read the corresponding materials and came to the worksite to check the operation of each process. Besides, the team went on a field check of water outlets.
      The leaders of the inspection team praised the company for its stable up-to-standard discharge and hoped that the company would constantly strengthen the operation and management of sewage treatment, ensure the stable up-to-standard discharge, and guarantee safety production, thus continuing to do a good job in sewage treatment.
      Nowadays, the national government and local governments attach great importance to sewage treatment. The efforts to protect the environment and to promote local ecological sustainability will benefit not only this generation but many more to come. As a major environmental protection enterprise in the locality, the company will shoulder heavy responsibilities to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the eco-environment for Jining people.
