On November 13, 2020, the Supervision and Inspection Team headed by He Kaiwei from Henan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and consisting of three industry experts paid a visit to Zhengzhou Xinzhongzhou Water Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as Zhengzhou Xinzhongzhou) for the "Dual Random and Public Disclosure" supervision and inspection (During supervision, the inspection object is selected at random, and law-enforcement and inspection personnel will be dispatched randomly. The inspection results will be disclosed to the public in time). Director Zheng Kai from Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Director Tian Jianping of Xinzheng Urban Administration Bureau, General Manager Li Qiwen of Zhengzhou Xinzhongzhou, and Vice Plant Manager Li Guanghui accompanied the team.

      After listening to the report by General Manager Li Qiwen on the operation and management of the No.2 Sewage Plant of Zhengzhou Xinzhongzhou, the Supervision and Inspection Team checked relevant materials and standing books of the plant on site and carefully inspected the sewage treatment, operation, and management, up-to-standard discharge of pollutants, sludge disposal, and the plant's greening. 
      The inspection team highly recognized the safe production, operation, and management as well as the up-to-standard discharge of sewage of Zhengzhou Xinzhongzhou, offered instructive suggestions for deficiencies. They also extended heartfelt thanks to all employees for overcoming difficulties, fulfilling due responsibilities in sewage treatment, operation, and maintenance, and making positive contributions to environmental protection in Xinzheng, Zhengzhou, and even Henan. The team hoped that Zhengzhou Xinzhongzhou will continue to build on achievements, make persistent efforts to improve the plant's greening, positively promote the application of new processes and equipment to make greater accomplishments.
