Time flies, and we are embracing the late autumn in November 2020 in a flash. Leping Project Department is implementing a series of construction plans drawn up for October in an orderly way. 
      The project construction in Leping is still at the key stage of tackling challenges. In order to quicken the pace of construction, the Project Department is making more efforts to coordinate the work of all parties, solve prominent problems, build an efficient communication mechanism, and improve the collaborative efficiency of all parties under the guidance of the principles of the project promotion meeting presided over by Cheng Mingbo, deputy mayor of Leping, and the full support of Kangda Group and Leping SPV Company, creating essential prerequisites for the smooth construction. To this end, the Project Department requires the construction units to increase the allocation and input of labor and production resources. For works with a tight construction schedule, sufficient workers and machines should be provided to carry out construction both day and night by two shifts. The stated objectives should be implemented and achieved, thus playing a leading role in promoting the project progress as a whole. 
      Benefiting from the support of Leping Municipal Government and Kangda Group and the efficient cooperation with contractors, the sewage pipe network work along Changshou Road in the source control and pollution interception project of Nannei River, so far, have been completed and the bituminous pavement has been recovered after sustained efforts. The sewage pipe network works along Xinhua West Road, Youzha Road, and Xintang Middle Road have also been completed in succession. The additional dredging work of Donghu Canal's left branch canal has been fully completed and met the acceptance criteria after urgent construction around the clock. The construction of east and west trunk canals over the Lema Bridge has been commenced, and Dongfeng Canal and other construction works have been re-commenced. All these achievements have brought the promotion of the overall project to a new level, and the Leping project has achieved clear phased outcomes. The project progress has been highly praised and recognized by Deputy Mayor Cheng Mingbo and concerning leaders at all levels. At present, the follow-up work of the project is advancing rapidly and orderly. 
      On the sunny days in November, the Leping project is progressing in full swing. Leping Project Department will make unremitting efforts to finish the remaining work and spare no pains to complete the annual plan of 2020, relying on multiple measures and in-depth and optimal management.
