Good news for Jiaoling project in Guangdong came the other day. The Jiaoling PPP project in Guangdong contracted by Kangda EP has finished the availability charging on November 5. 

      The Jiaoling PPP project in Guangdong has received great attention from leaders at all levels and the local public of Jiaoling County. With not quite mature conditions, Jiaoling Project Department finished the completion acceptance of five town-level sewage plants and supporting pipe networks and passed the 3-month water quality monitoring by the third-party testing organization on August 7, 2020, through communication and coordination with relevant authorities of Jiaoling County as well as multiple measures and painstaking efforts. Moreover, the availability charging for the town-level sewage plants and supporting pipe networks has also been finished in May and November 2020, respectively, and the application for the commercial operation has been approved, providing an important condition for subsequent operation and charging.

      The successful completion acceptance and availability charging of the Jiaoling PPP project verify the feasibility of the project process, and greatly facilitate the project progress. The Project Department will accelerate the construction of village-level facilities, prepare for the acceptance of these facilities, and realize the charging of these facilities as soon as possible.
