The Nancheng County River Embankment Landscape Planning Project (East Taibo Road-Fifth Guihua Road) implemented by Chongqing Kangda Environmental Protection Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. is recognized as a key project for ecological treatment in Nancheng County, Fuzhou, Jiangxi Province. Currently, the project is under construction as scheduled and about 85% of the overall construction has been completed. The project is expected to be completed at the end of December 2020.

      Located on the west bank of the Xu River in Fuzhou, the project's content includes building a new road along the river and improving landscapes on the river embankment. The new road will connect East Taibo Road and Fifth Guihua Road via Sixth Guihua Road, with a total length of 0.58 kilometers. The river embankment landscape to be improved covers an area of about 100 mu, and it includes roads, drainage systems, transportation, lighting, and landscape planting.
      Since the project was commenced, the Project Department has been attaching great importance to the project quality management and control. It strictly controls the quality of raw materials, conducts the technical disclosure of each process during the construction, sets quality control points, provides solutions for difficult problems, and takes scientific quality control measures to effectively control the quality of the project. In terms of safety management, the Project Department always adheres to the principle of "safety first, protection dominant, comprehensive management", and requires construction groups to highlight the priority of safety, implement responsibilities, and take safety protection measures meticulously. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Project Department, under the requirements and correct guidance of leaders of Kangda EP, inspected the healthy status of workers returning to the site in a strict manner, conducted the daily management and control of on-site personnel, carried out the sanitation and disinfection work in the construction site, dining hall, and dormitory, recorded the situation of disinfection and clean-up, prohibited littering at the construction site, reclaimed and disposed of pandemic prevention items like face masks in a unified manner, and actively publicized the education of preventing and controlling the COVID-19 pandemic, thus achieving the goal of "life first, safe development".
      The completion of the project will further improve functions of the river embankment concerning the ecological treatment and urban road network, significantly polish up the current image of dirty and disorderly, upgrade the city quality, and enrich people's cultural life. It is believed that under the brilliant leadership of Kangda EP's leaders and the practical command of the leading group of Project Department, all members of the Project Department will build a quality project and create a beautiful environment with practical actions, ensuring that the high-quality project will be completed by the end of 2020 based on safety production.
