      To practically strengthen safety production and the normal management of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, Linying Plant held the Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures Upgrade & Safety Production Working Meeting on the afternoon of January 8, 2021. The Meeting has again clarified the epidemic prevention and control as well as safety production during the Spring Festival of 2021.

      The Meeting was presided over by Meng Lingzhong, General Manager of Linying Plant, and all employees of Linying Plant attended the Meeting. Meng Lingzhong first lectured on the Notice of Conducting COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Work During the New Year's Day and Spring Festival of 2021 issued by Linying County Headquarters for COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control, asking departments of Linying Plant to implement the principal responsibility, carry out down-to-earth work for epidemic prevention and control and safety production, and ensure that the plant works well in these two aspects. Meng stressed that at present, epidemic prevention and control are facing serious and complicated challenges. Since it is crucial to control the epidemic in winter and the next spring, employees of the plant should strictly and meticulously take measures for epidemic prevention and control. First, all employees must take it seriously, abandon the fluke or careless mind, maintain keen vigilance at all times, and consciously protect themselves. According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, employees should avoid unnecessary travel, celebrate the Spring Festival in the local place, and keep away from relatives and personnel from other places. All departments of the plant should strictly implement the disinfection measures to guarantee employees' health. Second, it is required to regard safety production as an important task and establish a solid red line consciousness of "valuing life and safety". The overall management of epidemic prevention and control and safety production should be carried out; the responsibility and urgency of safety production should be fully aware; the inspection of hidden safety hazards should be conducted regularly, and the daily disinfection, internal management & control, and personnel protection should be implemented in offices and workshops to eradicate the occurrence of epidemic outbreaks and safety accidents.
