      On January 8, 2021, an inspection team led by Huangfu Shangxu, deputy director of Jiaozuo Urban Management Bureau, and Chen Hui, chief of Business Section, carried out an on-site inspection on the safety work of our company. The inspection team carefully checked the safety protection equipment on the spot and listened to the company leaders' briefing on the safety management system, on-site risk control, and education & training. Through the field inspection, the inspection team fully praised Jiaozuo Branch Company's consistent persistence in implementing the safety work policy of "safety first, precaution crucial and comprehensive treatment”, high value on ideological understanding, down-to-earth action, effective measures, and guarantee in safety production and stable and up-to-standard discharge of sewage treatment. In addition, the inspection team indicated that we should take a lesson from the "1.1" suffocation accident of heat distribution pipeline inspection well recently happened in Xin'an, Luoyang, and warned that it is the unshirkable responsibility of everyone to carry out production safety consistently. As production safety is of heavy responsibility, we must solidify strong safety awareness and constantly improve production safety management measures to resolutely achieve zero accidents in operation conducted in underground limited space. 

      Later, the leader in charge of the safety work of the company made a brief speech and thanked the leaders of the inspection team of the Urban Management Bureau for their supervision and guidance on the safety work of Kangda EP Jiaozuo Branch Company. Also, it was pointed out that the "1.1" suffocation accident was horrifying, and it was a wake-up call for us to attach importance to safety production. General Manager Yuan Jianguang promptly and conscientiously conveyed a Notice on Safety Accidents in Construction and Municipal Facilities During Festivals in Henan Province issued by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Henan Province, and organized the whole members of the staff to analyze the causes of the accident, so as to draw lessons from it. 
      In the near future, Jiaozuo Branch Company, in accordance with the Regulations on Safety Management of Operation in Underground Limited Space in Henan Province, will conduct another comprehensive checking on the hidden risks of operation in limited space across the plant, with a focus on completing equipment and materials in limited space. Various safety management measures will be put in place to ensure a good start in safety production in 2021 and provide a reliable security guarantee for realizing the safety production management indicators in 2021 and production and operation objectives assigned by the group!
