      At the end of this year, the New Year is drawing near. On the afternoon of January 29, 2021, all members of Wenzhou Charun Water Treatment Co., Ltd. gathered to hold the 2020 Work Summary & Commendation Conference in the conference room on the third floor of the company's comprehensive building. 

      At the conference, Tang Songyu, deputy manager of the Production and Operation Department, delivered a work report for 2020 and a work plan for 2021 on behalf of the company. Yang Kai, deputy general manager, spoke highly of the achievements in 2020, expressed his approval for the new ideas and viewpoints put forward for 2021, and stressed the need to comprehensively improve daily work such as administration, production safety, and education and training. He also underlined the importance of building a combat-effective Charun Team by focusing on team cultivation, on-the-job training, and personal ability improvement.
      Following that, General Manager Yu Gang read out the commendation decision, commended five advanced individuals who made outstanding achievements in 2020, and gave a concluding speech. He said that all members of the company worked together and completed all tasks in 2020 under the leadership of the group company. Meanwhile, the company made the following prominent achievements: First, it enhanced organization and leadership and overfulfilled the annual production and operation targets. Second, it took the special audit as an opportunity for defect remedies, system improvement, and the crack-down of power corruption. Third, it made contributions to pandemic prevention and control. Specifically, the staff selflessly stuck to their posts to guarantee the supply of chemical agents and coordination with the government; their joint efforts greatly contributed to the stable operation. Fourth, it further improved safety management and achieved the annual goal of zero production accidents. 
      Looking into 2021, the company will consistently hold fast to its primary service for water affairs for energy conservation, consumption reduction, cost decreasing, and benefit increasing. Also, the company will intensify efforts to improve the operation ability of employees and enhance equipment maintenance, effectively improve the service environment for the equipment, and prepare for the post-audit in 2021 at full stretch, in order to embrace a new journey across the board.
