Taiyuan Kangjin Water Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taiyuan Kangjin") organized its employees in charge of the phase-I step-2 works for assessment of their mastery of MBR system operational regulations on February 5, 8, and 9, 2021, in a bid to help the employees adapt to the technological operational processes faster, urge them to perform duties more diligently and improve work efficiency, build a staff team that boasts high competence, immense solidarity, and strong team spirit, and facilitate the smooth development of the company.
This assessment was aimed at knowing not merely the real effect of the preceding half-month training but also the employees' job performances and professional competencies in an objective way. The assessment consisted of a theory test and an operation exam. The training engineer of the MBR system manufacturer was responsible for designing questions, marking examination papers, and scoring on-site operations. The assessment results will be announced in five working days, and those who fail will be allowed to study the operational regulations for another one month and then take a make-up examination.

Skills training and assessment have provided a platform for front-line employees to consolidate their theoretical foundations, enhance skills, and learn from each other, strengthening Taiyuan Kangjin's technical staff team and promoting the high-quality development of the company.
