On March 17, the Group’s Operation Department convened a seminar on operation technology among relevant staff at Kangda EP Linyi Company in order to deeply discuss the key and difficult problems in terms of operation and technology existing in the project sited in Linyi. Vice President of the Group Lyu Fucai visited the site for guidance.

      Presided over by Wen Jianhua, deputy director of the Operation Department of the Group, the seminar also invited more than 10 experts including Prof. Wang Xiaodong, Dr. Ma Yue from Shandong Natural Environment Group, Tang Weisen, deputy director of the Technical Department of the Group, Tang Wenbin, chief engineer of the Operation Department of the Group, Yuan Jianguang, general manager of Jiaozuo Water Affairs Branch Company, Chen Caiping, general manager of Taiyuan Water Affairs Branch Company, Chen Guangzhong, general manager of Zibo/Dongying Water Affairs Branch Company, Sheng Xiongjian, general manager of Liaocheng Water Affairs Branch Company, Pan Hongxia, deputy manager of Shangqiu Water Affairs Branch Company, Zang Yitao, deputy manager of Zibo Water Affairs Branch Company and other internal and external experts in the Group.

      In the seminar, Deputy Director Wen Jianhua firstly introduced the purpose, form of discussion and other relevant arrangements of this seminar and encouraged the assembled experts to open mind, actively offer advice and suggestions and carry out deep discussion concerning the existing key points and difficulties in Linyi project. The seminar aims to get quicker and much more effective solutions by means of internal technical resource integration in the Group and internal and external information communication from external experts and scholars in the industry.

      Later, following the agenda and arrangements, the experts, accompanied by technical personnel working in Linyi factory, carried out a full on-site investigation on the operation along the whole technical process of Linyi project and had a deep and detailed understanding of the operation of core technical segment. 

      After on-site investigation, experts returned to the meeting room and listened carefully to technical personnel’s reports on the key and difficult problems amid project operation. Around the outstanding issues in course of project operation, all participating experts and scholars went on in-depth and thorough discussions on the basis of their own rich experience in operation and expertise and put forward many constructive and feasible treatment schemes and solutions.

      The successful organization of this technical seminar provides a valuable pattern of reference for dealing with key points and difficulties in Linyi project and other similar projects. The full exploitation of internal potentialities with the active help of external support enhances lateral communication, realizes effective integration of resources and further improves internal comprehensive capability in tackling technical difficulties. By combining the spirit of this seminar and expert opinions, Linyi Water Affairs Branch Company will work hard to advance relevant work, constantly explore new idea and methods for better technical management, endeavor to promote energy saving and consumption reduction, and ensure to improve operation quality to a higher level, so as to lay a much more solid foundation for a long-term and stable project operation.
