On April 8, Vice President of Kangda EP Fang Xuequan visited Ma'an, Huizhou (Huizhou Kangda Sheng Water Co., Ltd.), accompanied by Lin Chao from the Budget Department of the Construction Center and Huang Ying from the Purchase Department, guiding and monitoring the project with General Manager Han Xiaodong, Project Manager Ou Zhifeng, General Manager Assistant Chen Xifeng, etc. from the Ma'an Branch.  

      They carefully inspected the on-site project operation and listened to the introduction of the project construction and the report of the overall production progress by the management of the company. Mr. Fang praised the stable effluent to standards since the commercial operation of the Ma'an project. Meanwhile, he advised on possible sludge disposal and storage and asked the project management to attach great importance to the "risk awareness" proposed by Chairman Duan Chuanliang at the "Nanjing Annual Meeting", taking precautions against risks in light of the actual situation.

      Afterward, they discussed the settlement of the first phase of the project and work related to the project upgrading and renovation, with the Person-in-Charge of the Project's General Contractor Huang Xinyi and Project Manager Huang Fulong in the meeting room of the company. Under Mr. Fang's mediation, the two sides set aside their differences and unified their opinions, which laid the foundation for the later work of the Ma'an project. Furthermore, the project company was requested to accelerate the follow-up work according to the meeting results for earlier completion of the target tasks.
