On the afternoon of May 7, party members of Dongying Bureau of Ecology and Environment, accompanied by Li Yueying, Director of the Dongying Municipal Environmental Monitoring Center, visited Guangrao Sewage Treatment Plant and investigated the progress of the upgrading and reconstruction project of Guangrao Sewage Treatment Plant. Fang Xuegang, Deputy Director of Guangrao Branch of Dongying Bureau of Ecology and Environment, Zhu Guosheng, Director of Le'an Sub-district Office of Guangrao County, Shan Weiqiang, Deputy General Manager of Guangrao Sewage Treatment Plant, and Xu Xiumei accompanied the investigation.

     After listening to the detailed report from Shan Weiqiang, the investigation team learned the current basic situation of Guangrao Sewage Treatment Plant, the technologies employed, and the process of its upgrading and reconstruction project. The investigation team commended relevant departments of the county for their excellent work and spoke highly of the upgrading and reconstruction project carried out by Guangrao Sewage Treatment Plant. They also required relevant parties to complete the project on time, so as to achieve the standard discharge of effluent as soon as possible.

     As a pioneer of Guangrao County's environmental quality improvement, Guangrao Sewage Treatment Plant has made its upgrading and reconstruction project one of the important components of the overall improvement of the water ecological environment in Dongying City. All employees of Guangrao Sewage Treatment Plant will spare no effort to strive for the early completion of the project and try their best to contribute to the comprehensive improvement of the water environment construction in Dongying City.
