On the morning of May 9, 2021, the review meeting of the feasibility study report of the construction project of the sewage treatment plant in the southern cluster biochemical park in the Circular Economy Industry Cluster of Hebi City will be held at the Administrative Committee of the Moushan Industry Cluster in Shancheng District. This review meeting was organized by the expert group of Administrative Committee of the Moushan Industry Cluster in Shancheng District (5 people in total) to review the Feasibility Study Report of the Construction Project of the Sewage Treatment Plant in Baoshan Biochemical Park, Hebi City, compiled by the Design and Research Institute of Hunan City University. Responsible persons from Shancheng Branch of the Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, Baoshan Emergency Management Bureau, Baoshan Development and Reform Commission, Shancheng Branch of the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, Design and Research Institute of Hunan City University and other units and relevant responsible comrades of relevant units participated in the review meeting. 

      Director Zheng of the Administrative Committee of Moushan Industry Cluster in Shancheng District gave a brief introduction to the construction project and preliminary work of the sewage treatment plant in Baoshan Biochemical Park.   After listening to the report of the design unit and the opinions and suggestions of related units, the expert group conducted serious and detailed research and discussion on the project site selection, scale, main designed parameters of incoming and outgoing water quality, tailwater discharge, construction technology of sewage treatment, energy-saving and environmental protection, and conducted a technical review of the project's feasibility study report from a professional perspective.

      The expert group agreed that the feasibility study report was fully demonstrated and basically met the requirements. In principle, the feasibility study report of the sewage treatment plant project in the Biochemical Park was passed.  At the same time, the project feasibility study report was revised and improved, and the expert group's opinion was finally formed, and the design unit was required to make further revisions and improvements following the review opinions.

      Located in the south of the old city of Hebi City and the south side of the Xingfu Area in the southern part of the western part of the Baoshan Industry Cluster, the sewage treatment plant project of the Biochemical Park is of great significance for saving water, increasing the reuse rate of water resources, improving water pollution and the urban ecological environment, and improving the quality of life of surrounding residents.  The total area of the project is 38439.60m². The sewage treatment scale of the biochemical park will be 15,000 tons in 2021 and 30,000 tons in 2025. The Pollutant-holding scope will cover the entire biochemical park. The estimated total project investment is about RMB 122.3318 million.
      Up to now, the review and drawing of the site selection opinions and plans of the project planning have been completed, and other preliminary work is also in full swing.
