On April 29, 2021, the ecological restoration project for the wetland of Sanjiang Plain ushered in the completion and acceptance. The Fuzhou Municipal Forestry Administration, the responsible unit of the Sanjiang Plain, the Fuzhou Municipal Quality Supervision Station, the supervision unit, Fuzhou Fuhe River Investment & Development Co., Ltd., the construction unit, Chengdu Engineering Corporation Limited, the design and geological exploration unit, Jiangxi Xinhong Engineering Management Co., Ltd., the supervision unit, Chongqing Kangda Environmental Protection Industry (Group) Co., Ltd., the general contracting unit, attended the meeting.

     The meeting was presided over by Yang Guifa, the construction unit, Fuzhou Fuhe River Investment & Development Co., Ltd.; Zhang Tianyu, the project manager of Kangda Intl. Environmental Co., Ltd. (Kangda EP) summarized the construction process of the project and expressed his heartfelt thanks to all units that gave their strong support and cooperation during the construction process. The leaders of participating units stated that the construction quality of the ecological restoration project for the wetland of Sanjiang Plain complies with laws, regulations and mandatory standards for engineering construction, and meets the requirements of design documents and contracts, and has been approved for acceptance.

     As the main construction unit, Yang Guifa, the leader of Fuzhou Fuhe River Investment & Development Co., Ltd., stated at the meeting that the ecological restoration project for the wetland of Sanjiang Plain is the leading project of the ecological protection and comprehensive management of the Fuhe River Basin. The completion of the project has achieved a phased victory for the ecological protection and comprehensive management of the Fuhe River Basin, and has made a good start! 

     Cai Linsen, deputy director of Fuzhou Municipal Forestry Administration, the responsible unit of the project, expressed sincere gratitude to the general contractor for their contributions and said that the completion of the ecological restoration project for wetland of Sanjiang Plain is of great significance to the construction of ecological civilization in Fuzhou. This not only returns the clean water of Fuhe River, but is also an important ecological project for treating urban tailwater and sewage. The project has completely improved the ecological environment in the northern part of Fuzhou City. The area has changed from the original dirty and messy area full of sand and dust, potholes, and randomly dumped construction waste to a beautiful ecological park, providing a new place for leisure and entertainment for the citizens of Fuzhou.
